1 serving


2 scoops of vegan protein powder, chocolate or vanilla (I recommend Arbonne Shake Mix*)

4 ounces unsweetened Almond Milk

1 Tbsp "Good" Fat -- Raw Almond Butter or Coconut Oil

1/4 cup Organic Frozen Mixed Berries

1 large handful of Spinach or other Power Greens

6 ounces water plus 1 cup ice

Blend well!

Optional: 1/2 to 1 scoop Daily Fiber Boost (Arbonne*)
